Prototype First · Step 3 of 5

See your process automated in two weeks

The Prototype Sprint is free and fixed in scope. We build a working AI automation on one of your real processes, using your own systems and data, and demo it to your team before you commit to a production build.

What happens, day by day

  1. Before day 1

    Audit and scope

The two to three day audit picks the process, measures the hours it costs and fixes the sprint scope and price in writing.

  2. Days 1 to 2

    Access and examples

We connect to test or sandbox accounts and collect around five real examples of the work, good and messy.

  3. Days 3 to 7

    First working version

The workflow runs end to end on your examples. AI handles the judgement steps: classifying, extracting, drafting or routing.

  4. Days 8 to 9

    Review with your team

The person who knows the process tries it and flags what is wrong. We fix the rules and prompts, not just the symptoms.

  5. Day 10

    Demo and decision

A live demo on your systems, measured against the hours from the audit, plus a production plan and a fixed quote.

What you get

  • A working workflow on your own systems, not a slide or a mock-up
  • A demo recording your team can share internally
  • Measured time per task before and after
  • A production plan with monitoring, error handling and human review
  • A fixed quote for the production build

A good fit when you have

  • A repetitive process that moves data between two or more systems
  • Work that needs some judgement, such as reading emails, documents or forms
  • At least a few hours a week spent on it by your team
  • A person who knows the process and can spare two short calls

FAQ

Prototype Sprint questions

What is the Prototype Sprint?

The Prototype Sprint is a free, two-week engagement in which Technosys builds a working AI automation on one of your real processes, using your own systems and data, and demos it to your team.

What do we need to provide?

Access to the systems the process touches, usually through a test or sandbox account, around five real examples of the work, and one person who knows the process for two short calls.

What happens after the sprint?

You get a production plan and a fixed quote. You decide whether to go ahead with production based on what the prototype showed.

Which tools do you build the prototype with?

Make.com, n8n or custom code for the workflow, with OpenAI or Claude at the decision points. We pick the platform that fits your hosting and compliance needs.

Is our data safe during the sprint?

Yes. We sign an NDA before the audit, use least-privilege access, prefer test accounts, and never use client data to train models.
